Icon Design

Part 01:

Make a category list for each type of system. Under each category, write down as many different things as you can think of that belong to that system.
For example: Radiating System
Wheel, Sun, Sea, Star, Shower, Radio Transmitter

Part 02:

Make a pictogram. The pictograms should be a positive/negative space study.

Part 03:

Combine the pictogram and a letterform in order to create an integrated icon.

Think of a design that will express an idea that would be appropriate for the system. The idea is to come up with a look and feel that will work well for the system study.
